How do you bill?
A: Top Expert bills in 1 minute increments. This means if we receive
an update that takes 1 minute we will bill for 1 minute not 15.
Does your provider bill on a per minute basis? I very much doubt it.
Most consultants will use billing increments of 15 minutes and some of
the cheaper VA services in Indian even have 1 hour increments.
This results in what I would consider over-charging as your paying for
time not used. I charge on a per-minute basis and use the service
adderuppa.com for monitoring and reporting.

A:
Billable time is any time spent working on a client project, this could be new designs, reports, research or updates.
We bill for any time we spend working on a project with the following exceptions:
* I do not bill for time we spend discussing a new project
* I do not bill for the initial consultation or proposal
* I do not bill for the initial reading of an email updates or changes
* I do not bill for time spent fixing my mistakes. Mistakes do happen and if I am responsible any problems are rectified F.O.C
*You are never billed for time discussing billing or invoices.

A: No the benefits of the TopExpert pricing model are strictly restricted to TopExpert subscribers. Other projects that I work on such as through eLance are billed according to the standards and levels of service stipulated. Typically billing is in 30 minute increments with response times being set at Low Priority.
